Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by mail. Shipments made to PO boxes will be sent via Canada Post.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express

Shipping guidelines above apply to most in-stock merchandise. Some products require additional shipping

Shipping Rates : within Canada

For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories, add $15.00. For the main U.S., add $10.00. Shipments outside of Canada, Express delivery, and oversized items will also require additional charges. Orders shipping to more than one address will incur a separate shipping and handling charge for each destination.

Express Delivery:

We can deliver most in-stock merchandise anywhere in Canada within 5 business days via express service for an additional $15. We cannot offer express delivery to PO boxes. Oversize items may require an extra charge. For special shipping requirements, please place your order by phone at 1 416 203 6328.

Oversized Items:

Oversized items, many of which include bulky or heavy furniture items, require additional charges added to the standard shipping and handling rates.

International Shipments:

Many of our products can be shipped to international addresses. Recipients are responsible for all applicable customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Some oversized items cannot be shipped to an international address.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter the billing and shipping address and proceed to the Review Order step. Here you can review your order with the shipping and handling charges added before entering your credit card. Click the "Return to Shipping" button to change your shipping and/or billing address. Your order is not final until you have entered your credit card information and clicked "Submit Order."

Returns

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 15 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Gift recipients will receive an online merchandise voucher. Please note:

• The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition.
• If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
• Orders for "Special Order" items canceled more than one week from the order date are subject to a 25% restocking fee as governed by the manufacturer.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Include the completed return form and return the package via UPS or insured Canada Post to:

Sales Tax

Shipments within Canada are subject to 5% GST and shipments within Ontario will also include 5% PST. Taxes will be computed after adding shipping and handling and delivery charges. Any additional taxes and duty will be calculated and charged by the country of import.
